ANNUAL AWARDS - Each year the Empire State Capital Area Chapter (ESCAC) of the American Society of Public Administration (ASPA) recognizes outstanding individuals for their work in state and local service. These awards have historically been a wonderful way of recognizing so many of our colleagues who work tirelessly in state and local service. Please consider nominating a deserving colleague for one of these awards.

SCHOLARSHIP - The Empire State Capital Area Chapter (ESCAC) of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) seeks to recognize academic excellence and to offer financial assistance for tuition and other educational expenses to graduate students in Public Administration at a college or university in the Capital Region (greater Albany, NY). The scholarship(s) can be up to $500 and can be awarded only once to a recipient during their graduate career.
