Norma Riccucci is co-editing a series for a Russian journal whose title translates roughly to Personnel-Mix and has issued a call for papers. She is looking for short pieces (8-10 pages) addressing a public personnel/HR topic of interest to practitioners. Articles should be written in English; the Journal staff will translate them into Russian. Please contact Norma Riccucci if you have additional questions or if you have a manuscript you would like to submit for consideration. Thanks to everyone who attended the SPALR Pre-conference Symposium in Milwaukee! It was a small but lively group and anyone who attended will tell you that the discussions were both entertaining and informative. We're going to try and get ourselves back to the way we were for the symposium next year in Denver. Hope to see you all there!
