Randy Moravec, Finance Director, Addison, TX
Kent Austin, Finance Director, City of University Park, TX
Lynda Jackson, Vice-President of Human Resources, Dallas Area Rapid Transit
2:40 - 3:45pm - Question & Answer and Discussion
3:45 - 4:00 pm - Summary and Closing

Transportation to the symposium at UT Dallas: The UTD bus will pick us up at the Fairmont on the south entrance to the hotel, which is on Ross Avenue. This side of the hotel is closer to the Fairmont's meeting rooms. The bus is marked UT-Dallas. The bus will depart from the Fairmont promptly at 11:00am.

Return transportation back to the Fairmont Hotel: The bus will board between 4:15 and 4:25pm in front of Westec, where the symposium is being held. The trip back is dependent on traffic; the bus will go to the Fairmont Hotel first if it can make that and still be at the BrainHealth Center at 5:30p, otherwise, we will be dropped off at the Fairmont just before 6:00pm. Friday is the last day before Spring Break for UTD students, so the Transportation Manager thinks there is a good chance there will not be many students on the route.

Taxi service between the Fairmont and UTD campus: Estimated fare is in the $50 range.

If you have not already RSVP'd, please email Ilka Decker (decker@cviog.uga.edu).
