For FY 2003-2004, a Council composed of nine voting members governs the Sacramento Chapter ASPA. Members of the Council provide leadership and advise, and oversee the successful implementation of Sacramento Chapter goals and corresponding activities. Council members champion and communicate externally ASPA efforts and successes, assist in securing exceptional speakers, presenters and event sponsors, and demonstrate the Society's Code of Ethics.
