Aaron Bryant
Aaron Bryant has promoted public service within a number of career venues to include being promoted to Sergeant with the elite special operation military unit, Airborne Rangers in the United State Army, Assistant to Sacramento City Councilmember Sam Pannell (deceased), and as a Procurement Analyst with the Department of General Services (DGS)/Management Services Division. Now presently, Aaron operates his own private consulting practice, APB Consulting & Services. His company responds to bid opportunities on all governmental levels and provides staff positions in clerical, management, IT and project management for starters. Yet still, APB Consulting & Services still find time to assist the economy by reaching out to small businesses and assisting with their own development. Mr. Bryant holds a Bachelor degree in Business with emphasis on Management, and two minor degrees in Behavioral Science (Social Science and Administration of Justice-Police Service), and is presently acquiring his MBA in Finance. Mr. Bryant contributes much of his time to the non-profit organizations around the Greater Sacramento Area, to include being mentor to students under the Grant Unified School District. Presently he is the Committee Chairperson for the Armed Services/Veteran Affairs in Sacramento, and sits on the Board of Directors with Capital City Golf. Mr. Bryant also volunteers as a youth basketball coach; supports the Sacramento-based Center for Fathers and Families, the Northern California Junior Minority Golf Association (NCJMGA), and is Vice-President with the Sacramento Area Black Golf Club (SABGC). His past/present accomplishments include being a graduate of the Sacramento District Attorneys’ - Citizen’s Academy; Crossover Youth Basketball Coordinator, Founder of the Military Advisory Board (MAP), and has achieved the Outstanding Humanitarian & Service, and distinguished Bravery and Valor Award from the military after putting his own life in harms way to save another. |
