Jack Underhill
 

Board Member of the NCAC Chapter Council

Jack Underhill retired in 1967 after 42 years of Federal service, 33 years of which were at HUD.  He has written books on Soviet and French New Towns and edited two joint publications with the Soviets on new towns.  He holds a Masters in Public Administration Harvard University and a PhD in Public Policy from George Mason University.  Since retirement, he has done consulting; served as chairman of the board of Trustees for the Annandale United Methodist Church; and served as treasurer of the Virginia Poet's Society and a Planning for Peace Foundation.
