Glenn Sutton is a Principal at Federal Management Partners, which he joined after completing his government career where he served as Director of Personnel for the Voice of America and as Deputy Chief Information Officer at OPM. Glenn has served ASPA by working on Chapter conference committees in 2000 and 2003, as Council President in 2007, and has been a Chapter Council member since 2003.
