Michael Sade is the Director for Acquisition Management and Procurement Executive at the U.S Department of Commerce. Mr. Sade is a member of the Chief Acquisition Officer’s Council. In addition he is the President of the Association For Federal Information Resource Management, a member of the Federal Executive Institute Alumni Association, and the World Futurist Society. He has co-authored articles for several publications dealing with federal procurement. He received the National Performance Review’s Hammer Award, the Department’s Gold and Silver Medals, and Unusually Outstanding Performance, and has been selected twice as one of the Fed100.
