Sam Price

Board Member of the NCAC Chapter Council

Sam Price serves as a budget analyst at the Department of Health and Human Services for the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management. He started at the Department as a Presidential Management Intern (PMI) and has 10 years of budget experience. Sam received a Masters of Business Administration Degree from Rice University and a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
