Ruby Harvey

Communications Director of the NCAC Chapter Council

Ruby Harvey is the program manager for a large modernization project at the Department of Agriculture. She has been a featured conference speaker in the area of technology readiness planning and is a certified Project Management Professional. She holds a Masters of Science degree in Information and Telecommunications Systems and a Post Graduate Certificate in E-Commerce from Johns Hopkins University.
