President-elect IS elected. The President-elect presides if the president is unavailable for a meeting and will perform other duties that the president assigns. .

Treasurer IS elected. This person is responsible for preparing and issuing an annual report of the activities and finances of the Chapter to all chapter members and to the national organization. (In years when we have two past presidents who can serve on the Council, there is a Secretary/Treasurer.)

Secretary IS elected. This person works closely with the president to keep the chapter records and will perform other duties that the president assigns.

Executive Council consists of the above officers, the two most recent past presidents, and 4 council members.

2 Council Members ARE elected. Each year two new council members are elected as two rotate off the council.
