One of the articles posted just recently on ASPA’s Good Governance Worldwide that has been ‘borrowed” from Citiscope and highlighted in this month’s blog is a piece by former NYC mayor Michael Bloomberg that reminds us of the urgency to address our crumbling infrastructure. Well, having viewed firsthand with my ASPA colleagues last year what has been happening in Romania and seen just a month or so ago in France and Germany other further evidence of community revitalization benefits. I’m hopeful that we’ll pick up the pace at home as well.
