About the Ethics Section

The promotion of ethics in public administration has become a key issue of our time. It is linked to questions of public management and procurement, to administrator accountability and integrity and to the rise of governance overall as an object of study in administration.

The ASPA Ethics section has long been at a meeting point between practitioners and scholars interested in public administration ethics. We organise workshops that represent the cutting edge in ethics research, that draw on ground-level and policy experience, on innovations in social science and humanities research and build on international connections and a global view.
