Each year ASPA's Empire State Capital Area Chapter (ESCAC) recognizes outstanding individuals for their work in state and local service. These awards have historically been a wonderful way of recognizing so many of our colleagues who work tirelessly in state and local service. Nominate a deserving colleague here.
